The whole issue within the Church of England with gay bishops etc has led to some interesting letters being printed in the Daily Telegraph.

A few weeks ago, one English bishop said that homosexuals needed some serious help and counselling and this was responded to by one man from the psychologist profession (bleargh, look at my English...) who was saying how the main reason why many homosexuals suffer from mental problems (even on the slightest -?- of levels) is the attitudes around them and the stigma placed against them, no matter how covertly (I was saying to a friend the other day how some TV shows get on my nerves because all the gay men are young, handsome, successful and oh-so camp: *stamps feet on them and mutters incoherantly*).

Now lately, I have been helping dovielr with some psychoanalysis' of Snape and this suddenly clicked in my head: it would be the ultimate, yes, the very ultimate, to have Snape - as a homosexual - suffering from a mental anxiety and yet having someone - or two someones - who fall in love with him. Well, not quite in love, but something close. Veer close.

To be honest, the idea of two just occured to me - a man (who he may end up having a relationship with) and a woman (who could be a sort of nurselike figure). At first, I was only thinking of having a guy - Alex? I'm in love with name at the moment... - but now with two, it sounds interesting...
