The Question is a cult character created by the Spiderman co-creator named Steve Ditko.

Rorscach is another cult character created by Alan Moore in his graphic novel 'Watchmen' (which you MUST read, if you're going to do English at Uni. Seriously, it is that much liek literature...)

By the way, does this mean ye land lubber be awake too? Arr, if ye are then that would be mighty fine, we might converse on our hardy laptops, arr. When did ye start college and how art ye doing? I miss ye too mi chum of the sea, I 'ave too much time on mi hands and cannot sleep nor lift ye old ennui. I love you Flo, so much. If it be possible to meet up with ye some time, anywhere tomorow that would be gradly. If not, arr, let's hope this boredom does not drive me into the swarthy depths of Davey Jones's Locker.
