mmoa_writes at 09:38pm on 06/02/2004Poetry Competition on March 1st - well, that's when the entries can be given in last. My poetry journal is suddenly useful because I can quickly gain inspiration and ideas and improve in phrasing of certain words etc.
Am pretty tired and rather numb. I can't be bothered with fanfiction anymore - I simply can't bring myself to write the stuff. Oh yeah, the ideas are there, but writing it... eurgh...
Rather despressed by the state of 'Black' culture. Coming home by bus today and in the back were the usual senselessly noisy teenagers (predominately 'black') who insist on laughing at the top of their lungs, screaming and banging on windows. Of course, if a white person approached them, telling them to shut up we'd be hearing:
"RAAAAACIIIIIST!"
Stupid c^&t$
I mean, it's ridiciulous: the majority of black parents have this attitude of defiance to any white teacher or even a black one (who is, after all, being employed by a white person, to their logic) who dares to complain about their child's behaviour, and will therefore not do a thing. It's like trying to say to Wiccans that Christianity does not equate to Baptist-of-low-intelligence/Fundamentalist.
Kristus.
Stupid.
Then they'll be parading around saying that being black is liking a certain type of music/eating fried chicken and drinking beer/women=ing ho's/dressing/speaking a certain way and above all...
NOT being a homosexual.
*screams*
Half of them don't even.. oh, they just... arrrrrrgh!
I now know how Hermione must feel being surrounded by people whose happiness depends on their team's ability to defeat Slytherin in Quidditch.
