As much as I am somthing of a goth (no, not the ones that ransacked Rome, I mean the oher lot who stare at you) and as much as I love the goth scene (well, some aspects of it...) am I the only one out there who is slightly annoyed that all of Anne Rice's characters are depicted as being the archetypical goths? Can't we have any Townies/Shazzers who're goths? No Professor's in Tweed? Why do they always have to exist in the Underworld of mortal Metropolis? Hellooo... it *is* the 21st century...
