Not for the first time, I feel very hurt and stupid for being a Christian. Not in the sense of choices that I have made, but for being one in the midst of other people who pretty much aren't.

*sniffles*

I mean, for goodness' sake (now I'm getting to that 'I'm so misunderstood stage...) we're not all that bad. And it's not as if you're absolutely perfect either (mimble-wimble).

Well, that was so half-hearted it doesn't count as a rant. Rather pathetic really.

Piss-poor.

No, bugger that. I'm too itchy. That's what I hate about summer. You feel as if you've got bugs crawling all over your face. And my nose is tickly. And sneezing hurts my right ear.

you're not a wank. you're beautiful. I'm beautiful. We're all beautiful and lovely etc.

Dont feel stupid for what you believe. Partly cause that means you'll go to hell, and partly cause it's not a bad thing to believe. At least you don't believe that the world needs to be purified by killing off everyone who isn't exactly like you. cause that's a horrible thing to believe. And partly because you have to be yourself, and being a christian is part of who you are.

yah. 'Cept for the Hell bit. Every fucking belief system of the past 3,000 years has believed in hell. Hardly spiritual, just slightly sick (S&M innuendos and all...)

I could go on forever. Hell, I could write a really bad essay on the evolution of the afterlife throughout man's recorded spiritual history.
