It's much too late...

...And I have done practically none of my Physics. Durn.

There is a new fanfic under the name of ArchArtist/Writer: Lament of the Prince. One of my best, if I may say so myself, lol. It's certainly interesting to see how I've progressed since I first started writing fanfiction.



And it won't be a long one, either. I've written five chapters, uploaded three and only need maybe another three to finish it. Whoo! A finished piece of writing.

Reading the Odyssey today (translation, I'm afraid. I don't think I'm quite ready for the real thing) and it struck me how cinematic Homer's writing is. Like a Quentin Tarantino film. Flashbacks (constant references to past episodes in History/Mythology) and premonitions all over the place. You can just hear the 'Bride Rage' theme tune, every time Odysseus contemplates killing those wretched suitors.

It's brilliant.
Been reading 'the Blind Watchmaker', 'The Selfish Gene' and most importantly of all 'A briefer History of Time'. Brilliant stuff. And Ellen, I know it's wrong, but love for Professor Dawkins continues unabated, lol.
