Before I go off to school, here's a review of Troy I found which I feel I ought to share:

I haven't actually seen the film in it's entirity, but my littlest sister who has (and incidentally, really liked it - no accounting for taste...) agrees with the review's summation entirely.

I thought it was pretty good as well. Especially the attention she paid to the script (hah!) and the torsos of the various actors involved.
